Terms of Sale

Last updated: October 2026

Note: This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the subscription to the paid plans Factella Pro and Factella Business (hereinafter "the Service"), published by Factella (hereinafter "the Publisher", identified in the legal notice). Subscribing to a paid plan implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Service reserved for professionals (B2B)

The paid plans are intended exclusively for professionals (businesses, self-employed workers and other VAT-liable persons) acting within the scope of their activity. By subscribing, you declare that you are acting for professional purposes and not as a consumer. Consequently, the consumer-law provisions specific to contracts concluded with consumers — in particular the statutory right of withdrawal — do not apply. A commercial "satisfaction-or-refund" guarantee is nevertheless offered (see section 7).

3. Service description

Factella is a WooCommerce electronic invoicing extension. The free plan generates Factur-X invoices. The paid plans add automatic transmission via an approved platform (PA, formerly PDP), B2C e-reporting and the reception of supplier invoices, subject to the following monthly quotas:

PlanSending quota / month
Proup to 300
Businessup to 2,000

Quota overage. A 10% tolerance beyond the monthly quota included in your plan is allowed. Beyond this limit, the sending of new invoices and the transmission of e-reporting data are suspended until the start of the next calendar month — at which point the quota is automatically reset — or until upgrading to a higher plan, which immediately restores sending. Invoices already transmitted are not affected.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown in euros, excluding tax (excl. tax):

PlanMonthly (excl. tax)Annual (excl. tax)Quota / month
Pro9 €89 €up to 300
Business29 €290 €up to 2,000

The annual plan is equivalent to ten months billed (two months free). Applicable taxes (including VAT) are added at payment by the Merchant of Record (see section 5).

5. Payment and invoicing

Payment and invoicing are handled by our official reseller Freemius, Inc., acting as Merchant of Record (seller of record). As such, Freemius issues the invoice, collects and remits applicable taxes (including VAT) and manages payment methods. The transaction is subject to Freemius's terms, available at payment.

6. Term, renewal and cancellation

The subscription is taken out for a monthly or annual term depending on the plan chosen, and renews automatically by tacit renewal. You may cancel at any time from your customer area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, at no charge. No new charge occurs after cancellation.

7. Satisfaction-or-refund guarantee (14 days)

As the Service is reserved for professionals, the statutory right of withdrawal provided by consumer law does not apply. As a commercial guarantee, we nevertheless offer a full refund, on simple request, within 14 days of the initial purchase — via Freemius or by contacting us at contact@getfactella.com.

8. Service availability

The Publisher implements reasonable means to ensure the availability of the Service. As the Service may depend on third-party providers (in particular the approved platform SUPER PDP and the host), the Publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and cannot be held liable for interruptions that are not attributable to it.

9. User obligations

The user is responsible for the accuracy of their store's information (company identifiers, VAT regime, contact details) and for complying with their own tax and accounting obligations. Factella is an assistance tool and does not replace professional advice.

10. Liability

The Publisher's liability, for all causes combined, is limited to the amount of sums actually paid for the subscription during the last twelve months. The Publisher cannot be held liable for tax penalties resulting from non-compliant use or from erroneous information provided by the user.

11. Personal data

Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Agreement.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Turkish law, the country of the Publisher's establishment, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions applicable at the professional customer's place of establishment. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution; failing that, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of İzmir (Türkiye). The Merchant of Record's terms (Freemius) also apply to the payment transaction.
