This policy describes how Factella processes personal data in connection with the getfactella.com website and the Factella Pro service. The publisher is identified in the legal notice.
1. No data collected on the showcase site
The getfactella.com website uses no cookies and no audience-measurement tools. No personal data is collected when you simply browse the site. The only data processed is collected when you write to us (email address) or when you use the service.
2. Data processed by the Factella Pro service
| Data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| License key, store URL | Identify the subscription and apply the quota |
| Access tokens to the approved platform (PA), encrypted | Transmit invoices on your behalf |
| Usage counters (number of submissions) | Quota tracking and billing |
| Invoice content | Transmitted to the approved platform (PA), never retained on our servers |
The legal basis for the processing is the performance of the subscription contract.
The invoice content (line items, amounts, contact details) passes through the relay without being stored: it is neither recorded in a database, nor written to disk, nor logged. Only technical metadata (transmission statuses, submission counters) appears in our logs, for monitoring and billing purposes.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by Freemius, Inc., acting as Merchant of Record. Payment data (bank card, billing) is collected and retained by Freemius under its own privacy policy; Factella has no access to it.
4. Hosting and recipients
Service data is hosted in France, with OVHcloud (OVH SAS). The recipients of the data are strictly limited:
- SUPER PDP — approved platform (PA, formerly PDP), recipient of the invoices and e-reporting data;
- OVHcloud — host (France);
- Freemius — payment and subscription management.
5. Retention period
Connection and usage data is retained for the duration of the subscription, then deleted within a reasonable period after its termination, subject to legal retention obligations. Invoice content is not retained.
6. Security
Exchanges are encrypted (HTTPS). Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to the server is restricted and protected. Encrypted backups are performed daily in France.
7. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL). To exercise these rights: contact@getfactella.com.
8. Contact
For any question regarding your data: contact@getfactella.com.
